Mouthwash bubbles up when gargling is this normal?

Typically a mouthwash that bubbles is due to it containing hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide can disinfect the mouth and also help whiten your teeth. So the bubbling is normal and not a problem.

Most likely there might be some peroxide in the active “ingredient” of the mouthwash. I don’t think that you should be concerned.
