Freq urination 2wks after unprotected sex. lasted a couple of days. std test negative 3wks after sex. throat infection 2wks later. took augmentin. now 3mths later achy testicles. could the first std test be a false negative? or is it just anxiety?

Probably you have no infection from the sexual exposure. No STD causes frequent urination. STDs rarely cause sore throat either. The STD tests are very accurate. Whenever someone suspects their own symptoms have a psychological origin like anxiety, usually they are right.
