You definitely need to get it out; a foreign body in the vagina usually leads to bacterial overgrowth and infection within a few days. If you cannot reach it yourself (or have a sex partner who might be able to help), you should see a doctor within the next day or two to remove it. Good luck.

Unfortunately things can get "lost " in your vagina like toilet paper and tampons and they can cause infection and also cause something called toxic shock syndrome which is something you really want to avoid. It is not good to just leave it in there. It would be best to have a vaginal exam by a doctor as soon as possible to remove the toilet paper.
