Why is my lower belly tightening at 19 weeks gestation? i have been prescribed duvadilan and progesterone vaginal suppository for 2 weeks and put on bedrest since the belly tightening has started. no bleeding too. does fetal movement cause that?

AT "19 weeks" of pregnancy, the fetus has reached a size where fetal movements can cause mild contractions. This is a normal event and will become more frequent as the pregnancy proceeds. Ask your OB physician to consider monitoring to correlate the "tightening" with fetal movements.
