If the GGT being elevated is the only abnormal liver test, I would not worry about it in this setting. Other numbers are more important. However, as Dr. S suggested, who is the weight is important if you are overweight. I would also recommend Can you bring alcohol to a minimum. Follow up with your liver doctor for your NAFLD.
