A member asked:

I have several of the high risk hpv strains and am 51 years old. is there anyway i can get the vaccine? if not, why?

Vaccine would not affect the stains that are infecting you. It works to prevent infection but does not cure existing infections. Get regular PAP smears, as recommended by your doctor.
