Is it normal to still have mid pack spotting on yaz birth control after being on it for three years?

Such "breakthrough bleeding" can occur unpredictably and at any time, but missing or being late with a pill or taking other medications (particularly antibiotics) can be a trigger. Duration of use is not a factor after the first few months.
