Embarassing question, but i may have mild fecal incontinence, possibly due to internal hemorrhoid. today, i wiped (not after a bm) to check for leakage, and saw a dark flake on the wipe. brown i think. could it have been solid fecal matter coming out?

Possibly. hemorrhoids seldom cause fecal incontinence. Usually a sniff of the material can decide if it is fecal material. If it pwersists you will dneed to be seen by your doc
