I want to know if i may have strep and if i should be treated. i've had over 4 days a sore throat, painful swallowing, ear pain, headache, abdominal pain/nausea, & 2 white spots in mouth. no fever, cough. symptoms improving or being consistent?

Strep is one of several agents that cause such symptoms and when untreated may gradually resolve. Ther is some risk cited as 1/200 untreated cases as resulting in heart/kidney or brain side effects triggered by an immune response weeks later. Diagnosis can be made on a simple in office quick test or culture.
