Most probably a nerve impingement. This occurs when flexing muscles or joints compress or otherwise deform a nerve. After the nerve stops being compressed or deformed, typically the sensations will go away over time. Occasionally there may be some lasting sensations that take additional time to resolve. If the sensation has not resolved within a few days, see your Dr in person.
