When can i test again to see if im pregnant even though i tested last saturday morning but i haven't seen my period yet my last period was jan 9 or is it to early just wait it out ?

You can test as often as you want. The first morning urine is known to be more concentrated and likely more reflective of the status. Some normally regular women skip a cycle or two occasionally. Tests should be positive by three weeks after exposure but can be falsely negative early.

Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.
