Stretching back when sitting I get a pressure in my lower head and forehead, vision/hearing cut out & I get dizzy for a few seconds. What could it be?

Headache for over 3 weeks, feels like pressure in head, mostly on right side. Back of head is tender, vision blurry sometimes double, dizzy. ER CT scan normal and dxd migraine. Naproxen doesnt help. Neuro appt not until Dec. what to do?
