I just fell down the steps. i have a visible bruise above my butt on the right side. i hit shout 3 steps on the way down. i know i hit my back im currently anxious and was before hand should i worry about serious injuries i have some pain in my arms?

There is no way to know from your description whether you could have suffered a serious injury in your fall. If you hit your head or you notice any persistent pain or new symptoms, you should be seen urgently. Good luck.
