I had chlamydia and took doxycycline for 2 weeks and ive yet to have sexual activity since then but i am seeing sediment in my urine about 5 months later still yet to have sexual activity is that normal?

Doxycycline never fails to cure chlamydia. Cloudy urine or sediment is not a sign of infection, usually phosphate crystals related to diet and fluid intake. You can test this by adding a few drops of acid like vinegar or lemon juice to a urine sample, which will immediately turn the urine crystal clear. If you have no discharge from your penis and no pain on urination, you're fine.
