Your symptoms are suggesting a gi bleed, likely source upper gi/stomach and timely medical attention is recommended. Stop any OTC drugs, such as ibuprofen/ naproxen, etc. the fatigue is commonly seen due to anemia, work up is needed.

Agree with Dr. P. What you described is consistent with bleeding in the stomach and intestine. It is imperative that you seek medical attention at the earliest, If you do not have access to a doctor, go to the ER of the nearest hospital.
