Constantly having pebble poop for as long as i can remember. not straining, but sometimes feeling incomplete. is this cause for concern?

You might want to try a stool softener to treat your constipation. If that doesn’t help, you should see your doctor for other options. Increase your fluid intake as well. Your doctor can review your diet and see if changes in your diet may be helpful. Good luck to you!

If this is not a change in your usual bowel habits, it is probably not a cause for alarm. You may try increasing the amount of fiber in your diet, in addition to increasing your fluid intake. You may even consider adding a dose of Metamucil to your daily regimen. If these simple measures do not help, see your doctor or a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
