Had some scrambled eggs in a fridge during when power went out for probably about 6 hours. i ate maybe 3 bites of it and tossed it. could i get sick? anything i should do right now?

Almost certainly you will not get sick and needn't do anything. After only 6 hours of power outage, probably your refrigerator contents warmed up little if at all. And cooked eggs wouldn't go bad even if out of the fridge at room temperature for several hours.
