It only takes one sperm to do the deed. The pull out method is little if any protection. You can have a test on maternal blood at 8-10 weeks called the NIPPS that locates circulating fetal DNA and can be compared to the potential fathers DNA. This is a legal matter now and courts accept the NIPPS study for confirmation.
