A member asked:

Is there anyway someone can use sperm/cum on a damp/wet towel and self-inseminate? what is the likelihood this could cause pregnancy? say a 10 minute interval in between. ive heard many people say 30 min + semen can still be alive on google?

Ten minutes or less outside the normal body temperature vaginal mucus and sperm have accelerated/expended their limited energy reserves and die. We never say never in medicine, but the risk of this happening as described approaches zero.

Please do not obtain medical info/knowledge like that- for it leads to misinformation and confusion. ask your doc. Sperms die within ten mts if not inside the vagina

What you are describing is not an effective way for self-insemination.
