To kill the spores of Cl. botulinum a sterilisation process equivalent to 121°C for 3 min is required. The botulinum toxin itself is inactivated (denatured) rapidly at temperatures greater than 80°C. ref: https://www.fsai.ie/faq/botulism.html#

This is one of many questions you have asked along these lines. It seems you are obsessed with botulism. It is exceedingly rare; if you do not use home canned foods, you can safely assume there is zero risk; there is no other way you will catch it. If these thoughts are dominating your life, or if you are germaphobic in general (obsessed with avoiding germs), you may benefit from counseling.
