Is it normal to see a change in size at 3-4 months pp to 6 months pp, my uterus and right ovary have changed in size, uterus went from 6.6cm x 3.3cm x 3.7cm to 7.5cm x 4.1cm x 4.5cm. ovaries were symmetrical, now left 2.7cm, while right one is 3.3cm?

The measurements supplied are consistent with a normal size increase in size derived from an ultrasound scan, which has a built in error in acuity. Early pregnancy may also account for the size increase. Obtain a serum HCG to make certain about pregnancy, especially if you are not using contraception at this point.
