A member asked:

Can lowering blood pressure to normal levels cause left testicle shrinkage? and would the mechanism for that be changes in hydrostatic pressure? because i saw a family practice board question like that. thank you so much doctor?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normalizing blood pressure has no affect on the testicle. If it did people with corrected blood pressure would be walking around with shrunken testicles- which they obviously do not. You might have misunderstood the question.
