The average healthy young woman urinates 6-8 times in 24 hours & will urinate from one to 2 quarts of urine per 24 hours depending upon how much fluid intake occurs. These are guidelines & if you deviate widely from them, I'd recommend seeing your MD for evaluation. Small bladder capacity, bladder infections,diabetes,pregnancy, overactive bladder are some causes of excessively frequent urination.

Frequency of urination is very variable and depends on hydration, climate, type of fluids taken, medicines etc. If you feel you are emptying your bladder and are not bothered by it - it is OK- if not get checked
