Hello. i am 16, and am confused why my period has not arrived. i feel cramps and breast tenderness, but my period is over 9 days late. am i pregnant? i have never engaged in piv intercourse, but fear i may have sat on a tiny stain of fluid in my bed?

Pregnancy is not possible in above mentioned circumstances. Menstrual disturbances due to hormonal changes are extremely common. Talk to your doc about your current symptoms.

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor.
