Assuming you are generally healthy, This isn't a health issue. Urine foaming depends only on diet and fluid intake. Maybe there's more agitation in toilet water when you stand.

The foaming when you stand may be due to distance to the surface with enough force to show foaming. Diet could change foaming ability of the urine. If you swirl a liquid with detergent with force it is more likely to foam than if you do not so has nothing to do with standing or seating and should not cause anxiety. You could have a check of your urine for protein and see if significant for concern
