I would suggest you schedule an urgent follow-up visit with the doctor who prescribed the Xarelto, requesting he or she look at all the data pertaining to your risk of bleeding. This will enable you to take necessary precautions, regarding any risk factors, to minimize your risk of bleeding.

Xarelto is an anticoagulant which prolonged the clotting time but it does not induce (cause) bleeding. To say the other words, you do not have spontaneous bleeding because of taking Xarelato but if you have a bleeding lesion like a cut it will take a longer time to hold the wound for stopping the bleeding.
