Injury might explain the cuts and "burns", but lasting this long suggests other things, especially herpes, the most common cause of otherwise unexplained genital ulcers (open sores). Severe yeast infection also is possible. See a doctor or clinic ASAP; if it's herpes, accurate diagnosis and effective treatment both depend on prompt testing and treatment. Good luck.
