High sensitivity troponin of 6 ng/l in blood, does it indicate anything? even a minor damage? i know it's not necessarily a myocardial infarction?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if your result below the lower limit of the reference range of your lab, it is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

Normal values differ between labs. Always send normal range for lab used. Discuss with local team who has seen you and the lab numbers and had experience on what this means in folks like you who live in Dearborn.
