I suspect the tiny amount of drug contained in ejaculate would not likely reach the level required for a random drug test to find it. The time for 1/2 to leave your body is a little more than a day, so at ~3 days later only 1/4 of the initial tiny amount would be left. If that is your only exposure, I wouldn't worry about it.

You are unlikely to test positive for MJ from what you described. Though I question your choice of boyfriend. Tell him that Marijuana is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain and damage your lungs among other injury. MJ users are called stoners for good reason. Quit using it while you are ahead.
