I had a clear mra of my neck yesterday. does that mean there's not hemorrhage or clot? or do i need an mri for that, instead of an mra?

An MRA documents the flow of material through the studied vessels. It would pick up a blockage (clot). If there were active bleeding from the vessels studied it would be found.
