I have a discomfort down my left leg that it feels like a nerve is tingling. when i sit for a long time, my calf hurts. i should note that my left testicle is much larger than the right and i have discomfort and pain there very often. what i do?

Get checked for the testicle immediately- preferably by a Urologist you can also mention the leg problem to the doc.
