Go to the ER: I'm not sure I fully understand your question but if you are having heavy bleeding that is making you dizzy and severe pain you should probably go to an ER to get checked out right away.

Excessive Bleeding: This sounds abnormal; I would consult your Gyn provider. Sudden, excessive men's trail bleeding combined with constitutional symptoms and local swelling point to something more serious.
