4 year old complained of a sore throat 3 days ago, that went away yesterday. he had pooped ok once and had diarrhea the 2nd time, two days in a row. with a low grade fever. what could be wrong? his poop is light colored, but he only eats bread/banana?

Several adenoviruses will present initially with throat issues and move through the body over time and trigger diarrhea. Lighter poop just means it moved through the gut faster. I would work to improve his diet. The pattern does not sound worrisome.
