Very Low: The risk of contracting HIV from oral sex on a female is very low. However, if there is open sores present on either partner or blood present, then the chances increase slightly. Determining an actual percentage risk is difficult, as many couple use oral sex as a lead up to anal or vaginal sex, which has a higher risk of exposure.
