My period came early due to plan b pills i took. the blood started heavy, but gradually decreased till there was almost no blood (very little). the texture was squishy, thick blood, with clots. when period ended it was very brown. is it implantation?

Very unlikely. Implantation may cause spotting but not clots. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
