In 30’s, men can have lesser dependability of youth-intensity of sexual function. Penile erection is function of hormones, NO (nitrous oxide in tissues) & competence of lower body arterial blood systems. Peripheral leg arteries can be compromised, causing cold toes. Abnormal chronic-elevated cholesterol (genetic) can harden arteries & lessen blood flow to feet/toes. See PCP for lipid blood tests.
