The combination of diarrhea plus "don't feel good" (nausea? poor appetiite? abdominal discomfort) suggests viral infection (gastroenteritis, often wrongly called "stomach flu"), perhaps caused by norovirus or similar virus. You may take PeptoBismol or Imodium. If that does not relieve the symptoms in a day or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Drink enough water/juice so that urine is mostly colorless, to ensure hydration.
