A member asked:

I sat on a toilet seat that is somewhat cushioned (inflated) i had wiped it with toilet paper. but i sat down hard on it and it splashed a liquid (directly on my intimate part) is there a possibility of pregnancy? it was really grossing me out?

In the scenario you mentioned, conception would be near impossible as sperm remain viable in toilet water for only a few minutes. Also sperm would have a very difficult time penetrating your vagina.

Fluid splashed from under a “firmly-sat-upon” toilet seat (air cushioned) was likely residual water stationed on bowl rim. Chance this liquid was sperm & that the spray hit the about-to-sit female’s vulva was an impossible vector/foment for pregnancy, & infections (STD’s) would also be impossible. A mind-settling facet-water rinse of the woman’s genitalia should removed all concerns & anxiety.
