This amount of lead exposure is meaningless. You probably take in more lead each day just by breathing, because even with lead-free auto fuels, there's enough leaded fuel use (e.g. almost all gasoline power aircraft) there's still a certain amount of lead in the air. Anyway, for sure no worry about handling lead ammunition. It's a good idea to wash your hands afterward, however.
