No. Such controlled substances are monitored by the state and feds. Physicians who prescribe meds to patients they do not know for conditions they cannot verify can loose their license. Docs on this public information site do not prescribe or write notes to anyone for anything. The pay service via www.connect@healthtap.com offers some services but rarely if ever prescribes controlled drugs.
