You can have a NIPP done as early as 8 weeks. This non-invasive paternity test can detect fetal DNA that circulates in mothers blood. These are extracted and sent for analysis. Sperm are present in any erect penis, not just at the finish. Since both men could be the father, this becomes a legal issue. The NIPP holds up in court as an accepted form of paternity testing.
