Does atypical hyperplasia of my breast (which was removed in a lumpectomy) mean that i will most likely develop breast cancer in the future? or develop more atypical hyperplasia? should i stop the low dose hormones which protect my bones?

It may or may not but not most likely. However, stopping estrogen is strongly recommended and your family doctor can prescribe a new medication for osteoporosis if present. Estrogen is rarely used for bone protection nowadays because of increased cardiovascular and cancer risks.
