Find a girlfriend or get married. Masturbation doesn't control urinary tract function of elimination. Your hand muscles are over used. You need to take up a hobby or play some sports and take your mind off of sex.

Masturbation does not affect the bladder or any related muscles. Surprised you have that much time on hand to masturbate that often. You will have to moderate that. Try keeping busy by doing social service, sports, meditation or any other such activity. Drink plenty of water. good luck
