Your post is confusing. Hemorrhoid ointment will not cure a yeast infection. It may provide some barrier protection liker petroleum jelly that provides transient relief. There are many over the counter products that would be better for this problem.

No they are not the same. Yeast is an infection. Hemorrhoids are not.
