How to tell difference of fordyce spots or vulva cancer? have appt in 3 months w/ doctor but have 2 small pimple like spots on labia never had positive hpv test. only 2 sex partners ever . no changes in spots in 1 year ? scared cancer? major anxiety?

Fordyce spots are a common skin condition where oil glands appear larger. They become more noticeable during or after puberty. They often appear on and around your lips and sometimes on your penis and vagina. They’re a natural part of your skin, but treatments can shrink or remove them. Cancer appears at a certain spot and spreads usually as an ulcer. Fordyce are pimply and multiple and do not ulcerate. Wait to be seen . You'll be fine
