Fordyce spots are a common skin condition where oil glands appear larger. They become more noticeable during or after puberty. They often appear on and around your lips and sometimes on your penis and vagina. They’re a natural part of your skin, but treatments can shrink or remove them. Vulvar carcinoma is totally different. ref: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/24140-fordyce-spots

Cancer appears at a certain spot and spreads usually as an ulcer. Fordyce are pimply and multiple and do not ulcerate. Wait to be seen . You'll be fine
