Find source: You should definitely get it checked out by a doctor. 3 weeks of heavy bleeding is not normal. You should get a rectal exam, stool guiac test, and urinalysis to make sure the blood is vaginal vs. Other sources. Make sure you are not pregnant, it could also be a spontaneous abortion. Follow up with your obgyn doctor.
