Ativan (lorazepam) is used for anxiety. Anxiety disorder is the most common comorbidity with adhd. Both are neurological conditions requiring treatment at the same time. Under the guidance of your prescribing physician, Lorazepam is perfectly compatible with Adderall and paxil, (paroxetine) and its use should help stabilize your adhd/gad.
