Hi i had a bilateral salpingectomy 3 months ago and my period hasnt returned ive had sore boobs, im getting chubby in the stomach area only & a slight pain in my lower stomach, is pregnancy possible?

If your symptoms are from pregnancy a simple urine pregnancy test will be positive. Conception occurs in the fallopian tubes and if they are gone you would not be pregnant. Your doc can bring on menses with meds when your pregnancy tests verifies you are not pregnant.

If your ovaries were also removed, you may be going through menopause and it would be prudent to consult your doctor.
