A member asked:

Is 1000 ppm flouride toothpaste with salt water rinse enough to remineralize white spot lesions and reverse early decay?

No. Please see your Dentist for guidance. Not all white spot reasons are amenable to remineralization.

Salt water does not remineralize teeth. Fluoride helps to strengthen the enamel matrix. A remineralizing toothpaste with high concentrations of calcium may help in reversing the earliest carious lesions.
