Nothing to do: The cold injured the hair roots. There isn't anything to do but give it time. It is possible that those roots may become active and start growing hair again.

Doctor can evaluate: A dermatologist or a hair restoration specialist can evaluate to see what can be done for those hairless spots. Liquid nitrogen freezes the skin, which includes the hair follicles in that area. The doctor can examine and talk about whether or not the bald spots still have live follicles. The hair specialist can advise on options such as hair transplants or removal of small bald spots.
